Security by default
Trust is the foundation of customer communication. Every message on Kalagh is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is governed by granular role-based permissions, and every sensitive action is captured in an immutable audit log.
We never lose data: deletes are soft by default, so managers always retain a full, recoverable history of what was said and by whom.
